E-Tax Consulting Ltd was set up by Aman Sood in London in October 2016.  We aim to provide exceptional tax advice and support to both individual and corporate clients.  With over 11yrs experience working at 2 Big4 firms, we aim to provide high quality advice at an affordable cost with a paricular focus on

- Supporting individuals with their income taxes relating to cross border / international moves;

- Supporting individuals & corporates with HMRC audits / enquiries and negotiating any tax penalties imposed by HMRC;

- Supporting corporates with their UK employment tax / expatriate tax compliance and year end filings; and 

- Liaising with HMRC as part of a formal income tax audit or a voluntary disclosure to settle historical tax liabilities;

At E-Tax Consulting we appreciate that each client is different and we do not adopt a one size fits all approach in providing our  tax and accounting services.  We tailor our services to ensure you obtain maximum value and our approach broadly consists of the following:-

- Initial consultation to discuss your tax requirements in further detail and clarify any queries you may have.  We are based in London but our clients are located in multiple countries worldwide.  So if you are based in London we would be happy to have a face to face meeting or alternatively a video call.

- Following the consulation we would provide you with a tailored proposal setting out the support you require and our fees.

- Once you are happy to proceed with our services we will need to complete our internal client acceptance and issue our engagement letter setting out our terms of service.

- We will work to your timline to deliver the agreed tax advice / support and have a follow up call to talk through the advice and any additional queries you may have.
